Return Policy

• You need to inspect the items at the time of delivery and inform Selamlique within 7 days in case of an incorrect or faulty order. If requested, the items must be returned to Selamlique.
• Delay in delivery is not a valid reason to return an order.

Coffee & Confectionery

• Selamlique doesn’t accept the return of consumables.

Accessories

• Consumers have the right to return goods within 14 days from receipt of the goods. 
• Selamlique will only accept the return of goods in perfect condition, in their original packaging and accompanied by the original invoice. 

Capsule Machine

• Consumers have the right to return a Selamlique Capsule Turkish coffee machine within 14 days from receipt of the machine.

Selamlique will only accept the return of machines that have not been opened or used, and accompanied by the original invoice.
